Paramedic - Emergency Department, Mid-Shift

Role: Paramedic responsible for providing age-appropriate, culturally sensitive care in an emergency setting under supervision of registered nurses and physicians. Key Duties: Facilitate patient assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of healthcare services; educate patients and families; maintain a safe environment; communicate effectively; utilize technology; advocate for patients; teach; improve performance; oversee unlicensed personnel. Qualifications High school diploma or GED requiredAt least 1 year of paramedic experience preferredRequired certifications: BCLS and ACLS at hire; PALS within 6 months of start date (for new specialty paramedics); current Georgia state and national registry paramedic license preferred Shift & Environment: Mid-shift (11a-11p), including weekends and holidays, full-time emergency department role.
