About the role
Administer patient care to critically ill or injured patients both on-site and during transport. Provide care within the scope of certification in the Emergency Department while assisting with other hospital duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience strongly preferred
- Paramedic certification by State of Iowa or National Registry
- ACLS, PALS, BLS certifications
- Mandatory Reporter certification within 6 months of hire
- NRP certification within a year of hire
- Current Iowa class D driver’s license
- Insurable driver status
