Responsibilities
- Administering medications as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Maintaining accurate records of medication administration
- Monitoring patients for adverse reactions and reporting them promptly
- Ensuring all medications are stored securely and according to regulations
- Collaborating with healthcare staff to ensure patient care quality
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Qualifications
- Current CPR certification
- Knowledge of medical terminology and pharmacology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Skills
- Proficient in using electronic health record systems
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Good physical stamina for standing and moving throughout the day
