HOSPITAL POLICE OFFICER

About the role

The Hospital Police Officer will ensure that each cadet receives the best training and instruction available at the Department of State Hospitals (DSH) Police Academy and perform other related duties as required. The Hospital Police Officer is also responsible for maintaining a secure and safe operation for the welfare of all who utilize the Academy.

Responsibilities

• Ensure cadets receive the best training and instruction available at the Department of State Hospitals Police Academy.
• Maintain a secure and safe operation for the welfare of all who utilize the Academy.

Requirements

• Under supervision of the Hospital Police Sergeant.
• Must successfully complete a background investigation, psychological, medical and PAT and PC832 prior to appointment.

Qualifications

• Telework will be based on business need.

Pay

• $6,154.00 - $7,719.00
