Local Team Collaboration

• Join our growing team of four physicians and two advanced practice clinicians at AdventHealth Lenexa City Center.
• Work alongside a diverse group of clinicians who bring a variety of geographic, educational, and training backgrounds to our team.
• Practice to the top of your scope with support from attending physicians when needed.
• Teamwork is at the heart of our culture, with colleagues always ready to lend a hand during procedures or shift changes.
• Participate in hospital committees such as the medical executive committee and lead initiatives to improve patient care and update order sets.
• Commitment to your wellness and combating burnout through regular opportunities for engagement and feedback through monthly remote and in-person meetings.

Qualifications

Board-certified/eligible internal medicine or family medicine physicians. Accepting new graduates, residents, and fellows.

Key Responsibilities

• See a wide variety of diseases while having specialists readily available in a new community-based hospital with multispecialty support.
• Work in coordination with an intensivist team that handles all procedures, allowing you to focus on patient care and clinical decision-making.
• Utilize Cerner with Dragon for efficient dictation and access to our internal informatics platform for streamlined workflow and communication.
