About the role
Our hospital medicine programs are built on strong physician leadership, data-driven performance, and a culture of collaboration. Whether managing complex cases or optimizing hospital workflows, our hospitalists are empowered to make a lasting impact, supported by systems that prioritize autonomy, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Focus on managing cases in an open ICU environment with on-call intensivist coverage, without the expectation of performing procedures or running codes.
- Average census of around 19 but can fluctuate due to location.
- Will manage rapids for your patients.
- EPIC is our EMR.
Qualifications
- Board-certified/eligible in family or internal medicine.
- We provide in-house licensing, and credentialing support.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
Scheduling
Full-time Day time Rounder will work 7 days/on-7 days/off. This is a 12-hour shift, 7am-7pm.
Benefits
- Day Shift Rate is $1,450, and Night Shift Rate is $1,753.
- Full-time is 182.5 shifts a year.
- Additionally, you will be eligible for up to $20K in the RVU bonus and $20 K in the Quality bonus (annual).
- Full Benefits to include 401K and CME allowance.
