Local Team Collaboration

• Join a supportive team of 20 physicians and 6 advanced practice providers (APPs) with help from 2 clinical performance nurses at St. Joseph Hospital-Lexington.
• Work in a diverse environment, blending seasoned professionals and recent graduates.
• Collaborate closely with hospital administration through committees and projects to enhance hospital operations and patient care.
• Engage regularly with team members through in-person meetings and social events to foster alignment and connection.

Qualifications

• Board-certified/eligible in family or internal medicine.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Scheduling

• Enjoy a balanced 7-days-on/7-days-off schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Closed ICU with 24-hour intensivist support.
• Procedures are not required.
• Participate in team huddles at least 3 times weekly, a monthly all-staff meeting, and educational CME sessions.
