Qualifications

Board-certified/eligible in internal or family medicine.
Availability to commence practice in 2026 (not yet considering 2027 residents).
Authorization to work in the U.S. (Sound offers visa sponsorship for qualified candidates).
Open to H1b visa candidates with in-house visa specialists and filing fees covered. Not yet considering 2027 J1 candidates.

Scheduling

We offer flexibility in scheduling and guaranteed shift obligations. Currently hiring for a primarily daytime role, swings, and dedicated nights.

Rewards and Compensation

The yearly base salary is $280K for full-time, along with opportunities for bonuses based on performance and growth.
