Pieper Veterinary Stratford is growing, and we are looking for a Hospital Manager to lead and support our team through this exciting next chapter.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the hospital, ensuring a seamless experience for clients, patients, and team members.
• Create an environment where high-quality medicine and exceptional service can thrive.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing hospital team.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and performance management.
• Partner with clinical leadership to support patient care and hospital growth.
• Drive operational efficiency, workflow improvements, and team engagement.
• Manage client experience, including resolving concerns and supporting service excellence.
• Collaborate with Area Leadership to set and achieve operational and financial goals.

Requirements

• 3+ years of leadership or management experience (veterinary experience strongly preferred).
• Strong ability to lead, coach, and develop teams.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Certified Veterinary Practice Manager (CVPM) is a plus, but not required.

Pay
