About the role

The Hospital Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the hospital while working closely with the veterinary team to ensure efficient workflow, exceptional patient care, and a positive, collaborative culture.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily hospital operations and team workflow
• Lead, mentor, and support client service representatives and veterinary support staff
• Partner with veterinarians to support high-quality patient care and client communication
• Oversee scheduling, staffing, inventory, and operational processes
• Aid with hiring, onboarding, training, and employee engagement
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and standards
• Monitor hospital performance and support operational and financial goals
• Foster a positive, respectful, and team-oriented culture
• Ensure excellent client service and maintain a welcoming environment for clients and patients

Requirements

• Veterinary hospital management experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Passion for client service and team development
• Ability to multitask and lead effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with veterinary operations, scheduling, and staff coaching preferred
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and problem-solving mindset
• Feline experience or interest is a plus
