About the role
Join our veterinary practice as a Hospital Manager and lead a dedicated team committed to exceptional animal care! In this pivotal leadership role, you'll orchestrate the daily operations of our hospital, ensuring we deliver outstanding service to our clients and compassionate care to our patients.
Responsibilities
- Build and lead a cohesive, motivated team by communicating clear objectives, recognizing achievements, providing constructive feedback, and fostering a positive hospital culture.
- Ensure smooth daily operations by optimizing workflows, managing schedules effectively, and implementing systems that enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Drive the financial health of our practice through budget management, revenue oversight, accurate reporting, and identifying growth opportunities.
- Recruit, train, and mentor our support staff, helping them develop professionally while building a collaborative environment focused on exceptional care.
- Create and maintain a client-centered environment, ensuring every pet owner receives attentive service and promptly addressing any concerns with empathy and professionalism.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
- 3+ years of supervisory experience (an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered).
- Previous veterinary practice or healthcare management experience is highly desirable.
- Certified Veterinary Practice Manager (CVPM) designation is a plus.
- Experience with veterinary practice management software (Avimark/Cornerstone) preferred.

- $75,000 - $100,000 base salary
