We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. The posting includes: Summary (maybe About the role). Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Responsibilities). Requirements (maybe includes Education and/or Experience, Skills & Abilities, Language Skills, Mathematical Skills, Analytical & Problem Solving Ability, Certificates, Licenses, Registrations, Physical Demands, Work Environment, Training, Additional Qualifications). The posting does not mention Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we should not include those sections. We need to use

for each section heading. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We must preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate like EEO, cookie, navigation, legal, duplicated lines, application instructions. The posting includes some boilerplate like "Reasonable accommodations may be made..." repeated, also "Please note this job description is not designed..." etc. Those are boilerplate; we should remove them. Also "Employee signature below constitutes..." etc. Remove. We need to keep essential content: Summary paragraph, responsibilities list, requirements (education/experience, skills & abilities, language skills, mathematical skills, analytical & problem solving ability, certificates/licenses/registrations (none), physical demands, work environment, training, additional qualifications (none)). Also maybe "Other duties as assigned by management" is part of responsibilities. We need to format as HTML fragment. Let's extract content. Summary: "The Hospital Liaison serves as a vital link between healthcare providers, patients, and Hart Medical Equipment. This role focuses on facilitating smooth communication and coordination of care, ensuring patients receive timely and appropriate services. Responsibilities include managing referrals, educating patients and maintaining strong relationships with hospital staff and community partners." That's the summary. Responsibilities: list from "ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:" then bullet-like sentences. We need to convert each duty into

  • . Ensure we keep all details. Let's list them: - Assists all internal and external customers in a professional manner. - Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times. - Receives requests from multiple sources (phone, fax, e-Commerce, in-person) and completes necessary process for equipment services. - Establish relationships with referral sources such as physicians, hospitals, case managers, social workers, clinicians, medical assistants, etc. in order to grow the business and improve communication and operations. - Grow the business in your respective hospital. - Prepare presentations to present to referral sources - In-service referral sources and provide meetings - Work with referral sources to ensure proper documentation - Sell/educate referral sources on the components of DME services and explain the interrelation of these services with healthcare payers - Acquire and retain strong product knowledge - Coordinates home equipment service request with Dispatch for prompt delivery. - Engage in active listening with customers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing angry customers, as needed. - Provide customers with product and service information. - Maintain current knowledge on Medicare, Medicaid and third party payer sources for equipment. - Verifies medical necessity, insurance coverage and physician orders for all insurance assigned services. - Follows policy and work instructions to ensure the Billing Department has the correct paperwork to complete insurance. - Understanding and striving to meet or exceed department metrics while providing excellent customer service. - Making sales or recommendations for products or services that may complement client needs, as applicable. - Other duties as assigned by management. We need to keep "Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions." That's boilerplate; we can drop. Now Requirements section: The posting has "Requirements QUALIFICATIONS". It includes Education and/or Experience, Skills & Abilities, Language Skills, Mathematical Skills, Analytical & Problem Solving Ability, CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS, PHYSICAL DEMANDS, WORK ENVIRONMENT, TRAINING, Additional Qualifications. We need to decide how to structure. Could have a single Requirements section with subheadings? But the instruction says use

for section headings (About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It seems they expect those as top-level sections. However the posting lumps Qualifications and Skills etc. We need to map content to these headings. Possibly we treat "Requirements" as education/experience, "Qualifications" as certificates/licenses, "Skills" as skills & abilities etc. But we need to avoid empty sections. Let's interpret: - About the role: summary paragraph. - Responsibilities: list of duties. - Requirements: Education and/or Experience. - Qualifications: Certificates, Licenses, Registrations (none) -> we should not include if no content. - Skills: Skills & Abilities, Language Skills, Mathematical Skills, Analytical & Problem Solving Ability. - Benefits: none -> omit. - Pay: none -> omit. - Schedule: none -> omit. But also we have Physical Demands, Work Environment, Training, Additional Qualifications. Those could be part of Requirements or Qualifications? The instruction only gave those specific headings; we might need to incorporate them under Requirements or Skills? However we must not invent sections not listed. We could include them under Requirements as additional details (maybe as

    paragraphs). The instruction: "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It says e.g., meaning those are examples, not exhaustive? It says "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." Likely they expect only those headings. So we should map all content into those categories. If some content doesn't fit, we could still put under Requirements as paragraphs. Thus: - About the role: summary paragraph. - Responsibilities:
    • list. - Requirements: Education and/or Experience, Physical Demands, Work Environment, Training, Additional Qualifications (if any). Also maybe "Reasonable accommodations" but we drop. - Qualifications: Certificates, Licenses, Registrations (none) -> omit section. - Skills: Skills & Abilities, Language Skills, Mathematical Skills, Analytical & Problem Solving Ability. - Benefits, Pay, Schedule: omit. We need to ensure we don't create empty sections. Now we need to preserve all substantive information. Let's extract Education and/or Experience: "High school diploma or general education degree (GED). 6 months of relevant customer service experience preferred." Physical Demands: paragraph: "While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, talk and hear. Call Center departments require frequent seating behind a computer with frequent typing. The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs., possibility of 50 lbs. very infrequently. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision. All employees are required to work in a safe manner." Work Environment: "Combination of office and small retail store. Noise is moderate." Training: "Orientation and selected courses must be completed in the designated time frame." Additional Qualifications: "None" (so we can drop). Now Skills & Abilities: list: "Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills. Customer service orientation Attention to detail Good data entry skills Proficiency with computers, with strong typing skills Ability to work in a fast paced environment." Language Skills: "Proficient English (verbal, written)." Mathematical Skills: "Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using a calculator." Analytical & Problem Solving Ability: "Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations." Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: "None" -> we can omit. Now we need to format. We'll produce:
