Hospital Lead Officer
About the role
The Lead Officer position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by providing lead direction to Security Officers at assigned client sites on assigned shifts. They observe and report activities and incidents, ensuring the security and safety of client property and personnel. They preserve order and may act to enforce regulations and directives for the site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and premises.
Responsibilities

- Maintains the security and safety of the client site by supporting and providing clear guidance and leadership to Security Officers.
Requirements
- High School Diploma / GED
- Valid Drivers License with a clean MVR
- One year+ Security or relevant experience
- CT Guard Card (preferred)
- Hospital Required Certifications (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation - CPR, First Aid and Automated External Defibrillator - AED, Management of Aggressive Behavior - MOAB)
