Hospital Community Liaison (Wichita)

About the role

The Community Liaison will interact with specific hospitals in the Wichita, KS area to promote Ennoble Care's services, including Home and Hospice care. Responsibilities include analyzing market potential, developing referral strategies, and implementing marketing plans.

Responsibilities

• Analyze the potential of the company's service area to determine target markets.
• Visit doctor's offices, hospitals, Assisted Living facilities, Skilled Nursing Facilities, and other potential referral sources to present agency credentials and obtain patient referrals.
• Analyze the company's organization to identify strengths and weaknesses.
• Analyze past and current marketing data.
• Develop sales/marketing objectives and sales projections.
• Develop a marketing plan, prioritizing tasks and setting a reasonable timeline.
• Review and evaluate analyses and plans regularly.
• Attend IDG meetings as necessary.
• Assist office staff with updates and other needs.
• Provide community outreach and education.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in marketing, nursing, or social work, interacting with healthcare agencies or professionals.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Licensed driver with an insured vehicle.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed driver with an insured automobile in good working condition.

• Experience in healthcare marketing or related field.
