Customer Service Reps
Customer Service Reps are taking high volume calls from incoming patients of DRs for their clinics which are Hospitals and Smaller Health Clinics. Their job is to determine who's on call at a client, pull up contact info in database and triage the call to the appropriate contact.
KPI's
- 85% of calls within 30 seconds
Schedule
- Not set shifts; instead, there is a window allowing flexibility when scheduling.
- Must work every Saturday or Sunday.
- Schedules are made typically 3-4 weeks in advance.
- All shifts require working every Saturday or a Sunday.
- Will work between 7am-6pm, but not 7am-6pm.
- May have Saturday and another day off during the week, may not be consecutive days off.
Requirements
- A true professional, someone who is reliable, a fast learner, and self-sufficient.
- A good phone presence and good communication skills are a must.
- Proven tenure within their roles.
- Must be able to type at least 40WPM.
- Familiar with medical terminology is a plus.
- Some call center experience is a must.

Pay And Benefits
- The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
