HOSPITAL ADMINISTRATOR @ GOOD SAMARITAN CANCER HOSPITAL

Good Samaritan Cancer Hospital in Ifakara is looking for an experienced Hospital Administrator to lead our support services and oversee comprehensive hospital operations. The administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day management of various departments, including the pharmacy, laboratory, radiology, theatre, and patient care wards. You will lead customer care initiatives, handle patient rights and feedback, and ensure the hospital operates efficiently and safely. Key responsibilities include coordinating the Comprehensive Hospital Operation Plan, managing hospital budgets, overseeing estates and utilities, and ensuring the consistent availability of essential medicines and medical supplies. You will work closely with the Hospital Board and Managing Director to implement health policies and ensure full legal compliance and licensing. The ideal candidate will be an expert in health systems management, capable of optimizing patient flow and maintaining a safe, high-functioning medical environment.
