Position Overview
As a Hospice Medical Social Worker (MSW), you will provide consultation and service to homebound individuals who need assistance with complex social and emotional problems that impede management of their medical regimen.
Responsibilities
- Provide service to acutely and chronically ill patients.
- Complete written, verbal, and observational tasks required for the position.
Requirements
- Master's Degree from a school of social work accredited by the Council on Social Work Education.
- State of Michigan Full Masters Social Work License.
- Two (2) years of social work experience in a health care setting.
