As a Hospice Medical Social Worker (MSW), you will provide consultation and service to homebound individuals needing assistance with complex social and emotional problems that impede management of their medical regimen.

Requirements
- Master's Degree from a school of social work accredited by the Council on Social Work Education
- State of Michigan Full Masters Social Work License
- Two (2) years of social work experience in a health care setting
- Ability to serve acutely and chronically ill patients
- Ability to complete written, verbal, and observational tasks required for the position
