Seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join a hospice care team in a full-time role.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional nursing care aligned with the plan of care
- Support patients and families through education, advocacy, and emotional support
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule
- Ensure timely documentation
Qualifications
- Active Kansas RN license in good standing
- Valid Kansas Driver’s License
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for hospice and end-of-life care
- Reliable attendance and willingness to participate in on-call rotation
