About the role
Full-time Registered Nurse (RN) providing hospice care, with a $10,000 sign-on bonus and a two-year commitment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver professional nursing care aligned with the care plan
- Support patients and families through education, compassion, and advocacy
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary hospice team
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule and provide call-back support
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Provide compassionate, skilled nursing care to terminally ill patients and their families, ensuring dignity and comfort during the end-of-life journey
Requirements
- Active Kansas RN license in good standing
- Valid Kansas Driver’s License
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for hospice and end-of-life care
- Reliable attendance and willingness to participate in on-call rotation
