About the Role
This position involves providing quality hospice patient care under the supervision of the Clinical Supervisor and physician, addressing patients' individualized needs across all ages. The nurse manages a caseload, coordinates care with the healthcare team, and promotes patient comfort to facilitate a peaceful death.
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct and indirect patient care following the nursing process and Nurse Practice Act
- Collaborate with team members to ensure holistic, patient-centered care
- Manage a caseload within the hospice service area
- Participate in professional development
- Support end-of-life care and patient comfort
Requirements
- Oregon Registered Nurse License and BLS certification
- Minimum 1 year medical/surgical or acute/long-term care experience
- Experience in end-of-life care; preferred experience in oncology, home hospice, or home health

Pay
