About the Role
Regional Hospice is seeking a Full Time RN Case Manager to serve patients in the Joplin, MO area. Part time or PRN positions are also available.
Responsibilities
- See patients in private homes, assisted living facilities, skilled nursing facilities, and wherever they call home.
- Perform head-to-toe assessments, manage symptoms, provide skilled care, and offer emotional support and education on death and dying.
- Supervise LPNs and CNAs, monitor medication lists, assess for durable medical equipment (DME) needs, provide wound care, and other treatments as necessary.
Qualifications
- Currently licensed RN in the State of Missouri.
- Lives within a commutable distance to the office.
- Willingness to train the right candidate.
- A gentle, loving heart essential.
- Ability to provide support to patients and families facing terminal illnesses.
- Team player and good community representation.
- Computer and smartphone skills for electronic medical records (EMR) charting, email, mileage computation apps, etc.

Pay and Schedule
The offices are open Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm. Reliable transportation and car insurance required.
