About the role
A motivated, relationship-driven Physician Focused Hospice Representative is sought to join Trustbridge Hospice's team in Boca Raton. This full-time position works Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., with weekend and after-hours availability as needed.
Responsibilities
- Educate and promote the hospice concept and the benefits of Trustbridge programs to physicians, discharge planners, case managers, and other internal and external healthcare professionals.
- Oversee accounts and open new ones, maintain strong relationships with hospital and facility staff, and increase referrals through consistent engagement.
- Host occasional marketing events, facilitate meetings with clients, and build new relationships throughout the community.
- Serve as a visible, boots-on-the-ground representative of Trustbridge in the Broward County service area.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the CRM; must be comfortable with technology and data entry.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, business, or related field preferred.
- Three years of medical marketing or sales experience, preferably within hospice or home care.
- Knowledge of Medicare, CMS, and state regulations.
- Reliable transportation with adequate insurance and a valid Florida driver’s license.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills; flexible, self-motivated, and able to relate effectively to all levels of the professional medical team.
- Ability to work well independently while also functioning as a collaborative, supportive team player.

Pay
Competitive salary + bonus structure.
