About the role

A motivated, relationship-driven Physician Focused Hospice Representative is sought to join Trustbridge Hospice's team in Boca Raton. This full-time position works Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., with weekend and after-hours availability as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Educate and promote the hospice concept and the benefits of Trustbridge programs to physicians, discharge planners, case managers, and other internal and external healthcare professionals.
  • Oversee accounts and open new ones, maintain strong relationships with hospital and facility staff, and increase referrals through consistent engagement.
  • Host occasional marketing events, facilitate meetings with clients, and build new relationships throughout the community.
  • Serve as a visible, boots-on-the-ground representative of Trustbridge in the Broward County service area.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the CRM; must be comfortable with technology and data entry.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, business, or related field preferred.
  • Three years of medical marketing or sales experience, preferably within hospice or home care.
  • Knowledge of Medicare, CMS, and state regulations.
  • Reliable transportation with adequate insurance and a valid Florida driver’s license.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills; flexible, self-motivated, and able to relate effectively to all levels of the professional medical team.
  • Ability to work well independently while also functioning as a collaborative, supportive team player.

Pay

Competitive salary + bonus structure.

Schedule
