Hospice Registered Nurse

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care and document within reimbursement guidelines.
• Coordinate physical care with patients, families, physicians, and the hospice team.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and quality reviews.

Requirements

• Current RN licensure.
• Graduate of an approved nursing program.
• At least two years of clinical nursing experience; one year in hospice preferred.
• Knowledge of home health and hospice care operations, nursing practice standards, and reimbursement guidelines.
• Must complete 12 hours of continuing education annually.
• CPR certification.
• Ability to travel and availability for weekend, evening, and holiday calls.
• Pass a background check and maintain a drug-free workplace.
