About the role
The Hospice Sales Liaison will build and nurture long-term relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, and community organizations to promote and drive growth in innovative hospice services. This position will report to the Director of Business Development.
Responsibilities
- Build lasting community relationships to increase awareness and utilization of hospice services while educating patients, families, healthcare providers, and community partners on the benefits of end-of-life care.
- Serve as an advocate for Superior Hospice and its mission of delivering compassionate, high-quality hospice services.
- Generate approximately 10 admissions per month while supporting continued growth and market presence.
- Navigate sensitive conversations with tact, empathy, and professionalism.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Proven sales experience within hospice or healthcare, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills are critical to success in this role.
Skills
- Passion for sales and end-of-life care.
- Ability to educate patients, families, healthcare providers, and community partners on the benefits of hospice services.
- Strong understanding of key performance metrics.
Benefits
- Compensation range: $100,000 to $130,000 + unlimited earning potential in commission annually.
- Other benefits may include health insurance coverage, retirement benefits, and bonuses.
Pay
$100,000 to $130,000 annually.
