Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with referral sources and healthcare professionals
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and new markets
• Represent Moments Hospice in a professional manner, emphasizing our unique approach to hospice care
• Manage and close referrals, ensuring seamless transition of patients to our services
• Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to provide comprehensive care plans
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes impacting hospice care

Requirements

• Experience in healthcare or hospice sales, or a relevant background
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals
• Passion for hospice care and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care
• Self-motivated and able to work independently

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Some college or vocational training in healthcare or related field preferred
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
