Hospice Liaison

About the role

Harrison's Hope Hospice is seeking a Hospice Liaison to grow their presence in Meridian, ID.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and facilitates referrals to Hospice care based on Hospice admission criteria.
• Affords assistance in the information gathering, education, and form completion aspects of patient intake, admissions, and transition to home.
• Develops a consultative relationship, in assigned accounts by making effective customer contacts and presentations.
• Develops and implements marketing and education programs to increase awareness of the company.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business administration, or other related fields is preferred.
• An acceptable combination of experience and/or training may be considered in lieu of formal education.
• Minimum of one year of professional sales experience preferred.
• Experience in the hospice and health care industry a plus.
• Demonstrates good verbal and written communication, and organization skills.
• Valid driver’s license with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state requirements.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to keep good relationships with customers, co-workers, and other business partners.

Qualifications

Pay

Compensation is commensurate with experience.

Schedule

The role is field-based and requires travel within the assigned market (zip code - 83642 and surrounding).
