Hospice Liaison (English/Spanish)

Responsibilities
- Conduct outside sales calls to potential and existing referral sources on behalf of Silverado Hospice
- Meet sales quotas and conversion ratio requirements
- Generate qualified, professional referrals that contribute to census development
- Promote and position Silverado’s programs and services to medical professionals, civic organizations, and the community through regular visits
- Introduce and sell hospice services to industry professionals, families, and individuals in a manner that reflects Silverado’s quality of care
- Manage sales territory and maintain a contact database
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing accounts
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- Minimum of 2 years of outside sales experience in healthcare (Hospice, Home Health, or Senior Living) required
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Proven ability to manage a sales territory and contact database
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
- Mandatory to comply with all state and federal driving regulations
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within territory
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) strongly preferred

Pay
Anticipated pay range: $95,000 USD - $95,000 USD
Schedule
Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
