Hospice Hospital Team Supervisor

About the role

Assumes shift accountability for managing, supervising, and coordinating the operational and financial effectiveness and efficiency of the nursing service. Some service lines may require the ability to be available for on-call to better support the nursing services.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates nursing care and completes rounds to ensure that nursing care is carried out in accordance with regulatory, accrediting and professional practice standards, the philosophy, policies and procedures for the Nursing Division and organization.

Requirements

• Preferred Bachelor's Degree
• 1 year of relevant experience
• Clinical experience in area of specialty
• LIC-Registered Nurse (RN) - STATE_MI State of Michigan
• State of Michigan upon hire required
• CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association
• Or
• CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross
• LIC-Driver's License - STATE_MI State of Michigan
• Caring Circle Hospice upon hire required
