Clinical Supervisor - Hospice

• Provide leadership and support to field staff ensuring that Home Care patients receive excellent care that is supported by best practice in the most efficient and fiscally responsible manner.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an approved school of nursing with a BSN, ADN with completion of a BA/BS or BSN within 3 years, or graduation from an approved school of Physical or Occupational Therapy.
• Experience: 2 years Home Care or Hospice experience required, 3 years clinical experience required.
• Licensure: Licensed as Registered Nurse and in good standing with the Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulation or licensed as a Physical or Occupational Therapist in the State of Michigan and in good standing.
• Certification: OASIS certification (Home Care specific) preferred.
• License: Possesses current Michigan motor vehicle license, ability to drive a car, and insured vehicle capable of transport to patient homes or other offices in various weather conditions.

• Munson Healthcare requires all employees be vaccinated or have lab confirmed immunity for Measles, Mumps, Rubella and Varicella.
• MHC also requires all employees to receive a flu vaccine during the flu season in the year that they are hired and annually thereafter, or receive an approved medical or religious exemption.
