Hospice Community Liaison

You shouldn't have to apologize to referral sources for the hospice you represent. Hospice Care Consultant (HCC) role — company car included. Uncapped commission with top performers earning $200K+. This role is for the experienced hospice sales rep, the healthcare account executive ready to grow, or the clinician who's realized they'd be great at this. Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with referral sources and healthcare professionals
• Identify and pursue new referral opportunities
• Represent Moments Hospice in a professional manner
• Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to provide compassionate care
• Manage and grow your assigned territory
• Ensure referrals are handled promptly and effectively

Requirements

• Experience in healthcare or hospice sales, or a related field
• Ability to build real relationships and represent something you believe in
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passionate about providing compassionate end-of-life care
• Self-motivated and able to work independently

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Some college or vocational training in healthcare or related fields preferred
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
