Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities

  • Collaborates with the Administrator in establishing and implementing marketing initiatives.
  • Maintains resource allocation according to budgetary limitations.
  • Conducts market assessments and develops a comprehensive marketing plan.
  • Employ marketing and promotional initiatives to achieve budgetary volume projections.
  • Establishes and maintains positive relationships with current and potential referral and payer sources.
  • Builds and monitors community, customer, and patient perceptions of CONTINUUM CARE HOSPICE, LLC.
  • Contributes to the organization's strategic planning.
  • Maintains comprehensive knowledge of the organization's markets.
  • Maintains comprehensive knowledge in the field of marketing.
  • Maintains knowledge of community resources and assists customers in accessing them.
  • Monitors and reports on the cost-effectiveness of marketing efforts.

Position Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • At least three (3) years' experience in health care marketing management, preferably in hospice care operations.
  • Ability to market aggressively and deal tactfully with customers and the community.
  • Demonstrated good communications, negotiation, and public relations skills.
  • Autonomy, organization, assertiveness, flexibility, and cooperation in job responsibilities.
