Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities
- Collaborates with the Administrator in establishing and implementing marketing initiatives.
- Maintains resource allocation according to budgetary limitations.
- Conducts market assessments and develops a comprehensive marketing plan.
- Employ marketing and promotional initiatives to achieve budgetary volume projections.
- Establishes and maintains positive relationships with current and potential referral and payer sources.
- Builds and monitors community, customer, and patient perceptions of CONTINUUM CARE HOSPICE, LLC.
- Contributes to the organization's strategic planning.
- Maintains comprehensive knowledge of the organization's markets.
- Maintains comprehensive knowledge in the field of marketing.
- Maintains knowledge of community resources and assists customers in accessing them.
- Monitors and reports on the cost-effectiveness of marketing efforts.
Position Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- At least three (3) years' experience in health care marketing management, preferably in hospice care operations.
- Ability to market aggressively and deal tactfully with customers and the community.
- Demonstrated good communications, negotiation, and public relations skills.
- Autonomy, organization, assertiveness, flexibility, and cooperation in job responsibilities.
