Hospice Clinical Manager (Hagerstown, MD/Franklin, PA - Weekend)

About the Role

Manages the clinical patient care delivery of identified area(s) of responsibility under limited supervision. Oversees human, fiscal, and communication resources to facilitate coordination of care.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; Master’s Degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
• RN or other relevant licensure in the state of Maryland.
• At least five (5) years of progressive clinical experience, including at least two (2) years in a lead or supervisory role.
• Additional education may be substituted for some experience.

Skills

• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills to provide effective leadership to staff and maintain relationships with patients, families, physicians, and the community.
• Analytical skills to organize and oversee the work of others, develop policies, procedures, budgets, and clinical practices.

Pay

Pay Range: $86,688.82 – $146,580.64. Final salary offer will be based on the candidate's qualifications, education, experience, and alignment with organizational needs.
