Hospice Clinical Manager

We’re seeking a dynamic RN Clinical Manager Hospice to support our growing team in Neptune, NJ.
About the role
The Clinical Manager will coordinate total care for patients with life-threatening and life-limiting illnesses, and their families, while managing the day-to-day operations of the Hospice Team.

Responsibilities
- Supports organization’s mission by striving for excellence in all aspects of the job with a focus on positive interpersonal relationships with co-workers.
- Provides overall operational responsibility for the Hospice program and coordination of patient care.
- Manages a caseload of hospice patients as needed.
- Conducts community outreach activities to improve community access to hospice care.
- Adheres to agency infection control and safety policies.
- Supervises staff in conjunction with the organization’s managerial and leadership practices.
- Omission of specific duties does not exclude them from this position if the work is similar, related, or a logical assignment for this position.
Requirements
- RN with BSN; oncology/hospice and palliative care certification preferred.
- 2-3 years’ experience with community health oncology/hospice nursing preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer skills.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
Working Conditions
Working indoors/outdoors with clinical equipment and use of phone and computer; client/customer contact.
Pay
In compliance with New Jersey's Pay Transparency Act, the compensation range for this position is USD $92,000 to USD $120,000. When determining an offer, VNA Health Group considers factors such as the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's work experience, education/training, relevant skills, internal pay equity, and market and organizational conditions.
