Responsibilities
- Drive Balanced Performance:
- Oversee branch operations, financials, and performance with a long-term mindset.
- Monitor key indicators like quality outcomes, patient satisfaction, and team stability.
- Ensure the branch operates efficiently while never compromising care.

- Lead Patient-Centered Care First:
- Ensure every patient and family receives compassionate, high-quality hospice care.
- Set the tone for a patient-first culture where dignity, communication, and experience matter.
- Partner closely with clinical leaders to maintain strong outcomes, compliance, and survey readiness.
- Be present and engaged—supporting your team in delivering care, not just directing it.
- Build and Support a Strong, Accountable Team:
- Recruit and develop a team that reflects the heart of the community you serve.
- Create a culture of support, accountability, and consistency.
- Coach leaders and clinicians to grow, while holding clear expectations for performance.

Qualifications
- Active RN license (required).
- 3+ years of leadership experience in hospice, home health, or healthcare operations.
- Strong understanding of clinical quality, compliance, and regulatory standards.
- Experience leading teams with a focus on engagement, retention, and development.
- Ability to manage operations while keeping patient care at the center of decisions.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
