Seeking a compassionate Hospice CNA responsible for providing personal care, comfort, and emotional support to hospice patients in their homes.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
- Monitoring and reporting patient condition changes
- Supporting patients and families emotionally and practically
- Following individualized care plans under RN supervision
