About the role

Acts Hospice is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) who can provide professional, compassionate, personal care and related services in hospice participant residences.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, compassionate, personal care and related services in hospice participant residences.
• Work closely with the Clinical Care Manager or Hospice RN to ensure patient needs are met.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current State certification for Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
• Minimum one year of experience within the geriatric healthcare field.
• Current or eligible for certification in CPR.

Pay & Schedule

• $17.82 - $22.05 / hour.
• Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
• Full-time position with a 30-hour work week.
