Horticulture Crew Member

Job Overview

The Horticulture Crew Member is responsible for maintaining a variety of landscape structures ranging from typical grassy areas to more granular items like houseplants. This person will also assist with pruning tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the installation and care of woody, perennial, and annual plant material
• Perform installation and maintenance responsibilities such as mulching, planting, grading, etc.
• Ensure job sites and/or maintenance properties are kept clean and tidy and free of plant debris

Requirements

• At least 1 year of proven work experience as a Landscaper or similar job
• Able to operate maintenance equipment including lawnmowers, leaf blowers, and hedge trimmers
• Strong knowledge of pest management and basic lawn maintenance
• High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to oversee several projects at a time
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification

• Position Range: $20-$24
