About the role
As a Circulator RN, you will play a critical role in ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care throughout the surgical experience. You will serve as the patient’s advocate throughout the operative process, monitor patient safety, comfort, and positioning throughout procedures, maintain accurate documentation, and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary team members. You will support efficient case flow while upholding the highest standards of quality, safety, and patient-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the patient's advocate throughout the operative process
- Ensure proper operating room preparation, equipment availability, and adherence to sterile technique
- Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary team members
- Support efficient case flow while upholding the highest standards of quality, safety, and patient-centered care
- Contribute to exceptional surgical outcomes through clinical expertise, critical thinking, and teamwork
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year Circulator/Surgical experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Kansas
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Knowledge of surgical nursing practices and protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications

- Proficiency in electronic health record systems
- Experience with operating room equipment and supplies

Pay
Final compensation is negotiable and dependent on experience, education, certifications, and market alignment.
Schedule
M-F, 4 - 9.5hr Days, No Weekends
