Hooklift Controller

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety rules and laws regarding hook lift truck
• Dumpster delivery & pickup to customer’s preferred location as defined in company CRM, Job Progress (JP)
• Unload all job related/shop debris and recyclables at local dump/recycling facility
• Ensure clean job site upon removal of dumpster, specifically driveway and surrounding areas
• Order/schedule third-party dumpsters when required
• Communicate arrival and pickups with customers via Podium application as well as with internal Project Controller
• Deliver materials to job sites as necessary
• Attend safety meetings, companywide trainings, and other mandatory meetings
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle (hooklift) inside and out
• Off-season/down-time duties: Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness, Maintain grounds organization and cleanliness, Complete all other job-related tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Manage multiple tasks at one-time throughout the day
• Confidently drive and maneuver hooklift vehicle in tight spaces, specifically city neighborhoods and narrow driveways
• Learn relevant mobile software applications
• Valid Driver’s License
• DOT Physical
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs
• Availability Monday thru Saturday
