About the role

Norm Reeves Automotive Group is expanding and seeks a Service Valet to enhance customer satisfaction through efficient service and support.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally.
• Collect necessary vehicle information and coordinate with service advisors.
• Park and retrieve vehicles accurately and ensure service area cleanliness.
• Explain services performed and provide recommendations.

Requirements

• Full-time availability and at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Proficiency in operating various vehicles, including manual transmission.
• Standing, walking, and being on feet for extended periods.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• A people-oriented, outgoing, and friendly attitude.
• Exceptional attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong sense of responsibility and integrity.
• Outstanding communication skills and a consistently positive outlook.
