Honda Service Valet

About the role

Norm Reeves Automotive Group is expanding and seeks a Service Valet to enhance customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally as they arrive at the dealership's service area.
• Collect necessary vehicle information, such as model, mileage, and service history, to initiate the service process.
• Cook up a smooth handoff of vehicles for repairs and maintenance to service advisors.
• Parking and Retrieving Vehicles:
  • Verify the accuracy of vehicle documentation and services performed before returning the vehicle to the customer.
  • Provide clear explanations of the services performed and any additional recommendations from the service team.
• Ensure the service area is clean, organized, and free of debris at all times.

Requirements

• Full-time availability and at least 18 years old
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• Proficiency in operating various vehicles, including manual transmission
• Ability to stand, walk, and be on your feet for extended periods
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• A people-oriented, outgoing, and friendly attitude
• Exceptional attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Strong sense of responsibility and integrity
• Outstanding communication skills and a consistently positive outlook
