Service Valet
About the role
The Serve Valet position at Genesis of Littleton involves driving vehicles to and from customers, other locations, and lots as needed. This role also includes assisting with vehicle flow within the dealership, supporting the service drive team, cleaning customer vehicles to McDonald's standards, managing service loaner fleet, and providing appropriate reporting.
Responsibilities
- Shuttles customers to home, work, or other requested locations as needed.
- Supports the service drive team in picking up and delivering customer vehicles to the customer’s homes.
- Cleans customer vehicles to McDonald’s standards.
- Manages service loaner fleet and provides appropriate reporting as required.
- Follows Company safety policies and practices and immediately reports all accidents to the Manager/Supervisor.
- Affixes to other duties as assigned.
- Follows scheduled hours as needed, defined by your manager.
Requirements
- High school degree or equivalent is required.
- One year of experience in customer service is preferred.
- Automotive or detail experience is preferred.
Specialized Skills
- Maintains a valid state driver’s license to drive any customer or company vehicle.
- Must have the ability to operate all-size vehicles, both manual and automatic.
- Professional attitude and the ability to deliver best-in-class customer service.
- Reliable transportation to and from work every day.
- Comfortable working outside in varying weather conditions.
- Able to multitask and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced work environment.
