Homes Nursing Care Coordinator (Full-Time)

About the role

The Homes Nursing Care Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the care provided to children in their homes by registered nurses.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the care provided to children in their homes by registered nurses.
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding home nursing care.
• Coordinate with families to ensure that care plans are implemented effectively and efficiently.
• Provide guidance and support to registered nurses on best practices and patient care.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
• Current RN license.
• At least 2 years of experience in home health nursing or related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children and families.
• Knowledge of pediatric care and development.

Skills

• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
