About the role
Guardian Angel Senior Services is seeking a Home Care Scheduling Coordinator to assist in ensuring clients receive exceptional care by matching them with the right caregivers.
Responsibilities
- Cook up and manage caregiver schedules for home care clients.
- Match caregivers with clients based on availability, skills, and client preferences.
- Respond promptly to schedule changes, call-outs, and urgent staffing needs.
- Communicate professionally with caregivers, clients, and office staff.
- Maintain accurate scheduling records and documentation.
- Help ensure continuity of care and excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Previous scheduling or staffing experience (home care preferred).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office; scheduling software experience is a plus.
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and a team player.
