• Career Coordination

• Managing Clinician Schedules
• Participating in Holiday Staffing
• Updating Clinical On-Call Schedule
• Monitoring and Processing Patient Information and Physician Orders
• Completing Order Follow-Up Activities
• Managing Supply Requisitions
• Maintaining Adequate Inventory of Clinical Supplies
• Providing Scheduling and Operational Updates During Clinical Meetings
• Actively Participating in Case Conferences
• Performing Other Administrative Tasks As Assigned
• Supporting Efficient Operations and High-Quality Patient Care

Required Education

• A High School Diploma or Equivalent

Required Technical Skills

• Basic Knowledge and Skills to Care for the Needs of the Population Served
• Professional and Efficient Verbal and Written Communication Skills
• Professional Interpersonal Skills
• Ability to Multi-Task, Basic Organizational and Time Management Skills
• Basic Computer Skills
• Knowledge of General Office and Administrative Practices and Procedures
• Knowledge of How to Utilize Office Equipment (Copy Machine, Fax Machine, etc.)

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Home Care Home Base
• Experience with Smart Phones and Smart Devices

Required Licensure/Registration/Certification

• Must Have Reliable Transportation
• Must Have Advanced Education or Certification in Area of Specialty
