What Your Will Do
- Career Coordination

- Smooth Transitions Within Home Care
- Managing Clinician Schedules
- Participating in Holiday Staffing
- Updating Clinical On-Call Schedule
- Monitoring and Processing Patient Information and Physician Orders
- Completing Order Follow-Up Activities
- Managing Supply Requisitions
- Maintaining Adequate Inventory of Clinical Supplies
- Providing Scheduling and Operational Updates During Clinical Meetings
- Actively Participating in Case Conferences
- Performing Other Administrative Tasks As Assigned
- Supporting Efficient Operations and High-Quality Patient Care
Required Education
- A High School Diploma or Equivalent
Required Technical Skills
- Basic Knowledge and Skills to Care for the Needs of the Population Served
- Professional and Efficient Verbal and Written Communication Skills
- Professional Interpersonal Skills
- Ability to Multi-Task, Basic Organizational and Time Management Skills
- Basic Computer Skills
- Knowledge of General Office and Administrative Practices and Procedures
- Knowledge of How to Utilize Office Equipment (Copy Machine, Fax Machine, etc.)
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Home Care Home Base
- Experience with Smart Phones and Smart Devices
Required Licensure/Registration/Certification
- Must Have Reliable Transportation
- Must Have Advanced Education or Certification in Area of Specialty
