About the role

Provide companionship and support to individuals in their homes. Responsibilities include assisting with daily activities, medication reminders, and light housekeeping.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
• Monitor and remind patients about medication schedules
• Perform light cleaning and maintenance tasks
• Engage in social activities to promote mental health

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Experience caring for elderly or disabled individuals
• Pass a background check and criminal history review
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous caregiving experience preferred

Skills

• Strong interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of first aid and CPR
• Computer literacy (email, scheduling software)
