About the role
At Freedom Home Care, our mission is to serve veterans and their families with compassion and dignity. We provide in-home care services across the Cincinnati and Tri-State area.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care services such as bathing, grooming, toileting, and mobility assistance
- Prepare meals
- Perform light housekeeping tasks
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Remind clients about medication schedules
- Transport clients to medical appointments and other errands
- Document all care activities in AxisCare
Requirements
- Pass BCI/FBI background check
- Valid driver’s license
- Active car insurance
- Reliable transportation
- One year of personal care experience preferred
Preferred Qualities
- Experience with dementia or mobility assistance
- Strong communication skills
- Calm and compassionate presence
