Homeless Coordinated Entry Specialist
JOB REQUIREMENTS
A Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or an equivalent combination of education/training/experience, plus a minimum of three years' work experience with low-income individuals and families. Computer software skills are necessary to establish and maintain participant records, oversee database systems, and generate and disseminate reports. Ability to facilitate meetings, provide training, and develop collaborative relationships. Knowledge of poverty, trauma-informed care, and barriers to self-sufficiency. Understanding and appreciation for ADVOCAP's mission, vision, and values. Ability to maintain confidentiality and develop rapport and trust with those experiencing homelessness.
- Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license and vehicle liability insurance coverage.
- Acceptable drug screen and comprehensive background check.
