Coordinated Entry Specialist

Job Summary

The Champlain Valley Office of Economic Opportunity (CVOEO) seeks a Coordinated Entry (CE) Specialist to work with diverse groups of people and organizations to ensure equitable access to housing resources. This role involves completing intakes, assessments, and referrals for individuals experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness.

Responsibilities

• Work with diverse groups of people and organizations to ensure equitable access to housing resources.
• Complete standardized intakes, assessments, and make referrals to services for people experiencing homelessness or at imminent risk of homelessness.
• Serve as the liaison to the CE system for community partners and consumers.

Requirements

• Detail-oriented individual who can relate to others positively, confidentially, and non-judgmentally.
• Relevant experience (1-2 years preferred).
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
• Clean driving record.
